1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in this Cruise Photo Contest, you fully accept and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these rules, you must not submit photos or participate in public voting.
2. Submission Guidelines & Restrictions
All submitted photos must be original works captured by the entrant. Submitting stock images or photos belonging to other photographers is strictly forbidden and results in immediate disqualification. Photos containing offensive or inappropriate elements will be rejected during moderation.
3. Prizes & Award Conditions
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. The Grand Prize luxury cruise is subject to availability, booking windows, and cruise line terms. Winners are responsible for all travel document validation, boarding passports, taxes, and personal expenses.
4. Disclaimers & Limitations
The Contest Organizers reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the contest timeline at any time. We are not responsible for technical glitches, network transmission failures, or unauthorized bot voting attempts. Suspected bot votes will be discarded.
